Frequently Asked
Everything customers usually want to know before placing an order.
Fiberglass and polypropylene tubs need less maintenance, are sealed against leaks, and offer more colour and accessory options. Wooden tubs are fully natural and need regular care; some seepage is normal in the first weeks of use.
Change the water after every soak β unless your tub has a filtration system or you use water chemicals to keep it clean.
Oil the outer wooden parts twice a year β ideally before and after winter. Linseed oil is recommended, but other wood oils, varnishes, or paints also work.
Choose by maximum capacity: 1800mm fits 5β7 people, 2000mm fits 6β9, 2200mm fits 9β11.
A properly maintained hot tub lasts at least 12 years.
Yes β our tubs are built for it. The stoves are AISI 316 stainless steel, which resists chemical wear.
It depends on outdoor temperature and tub size. On average, water heats in 2β3 hours.
No β tubs ship ready to use. European-style electrical connectors plug straight in. Sand filtration uses tool-free connections. For a tub with an electric heater, we recommend a certified electrician to wire the outgoing cable.
Multiply the heater's power by run time: kW Γ hours = kWh. Example: a 6 kW heater running for 2.5 hours uses 15 kWh.
Yes β winter is the best time for it. After each use, drain the tub and all hoses to prevent freezing.
No special foundation is needed. The tub just needs a flat, stable, undeformed surface.
The simplest way is a garden hose. We can also fit a stainless-steel valved inlet so you can connect the water supply directly.
Air massage uses 12 jets that blow air bubbles. Hydro massage uses 6 jets that pump water from the tub and shoot it back as streams.
We ask for 40% upfront to start production. When your order is finished we send detailed photos, and once you confirm them we ask for the remaining balance. Bank transfer and Wise are standard; other methods are discussed on request.
Spruce is the most affordable and looks beautiful when freshly oiled. Larch is denser and ages well outdoors. Thermowood is the most stable and weather-resistant β our pick for harsh climates. WPC (composite) is fully maintenance-free.
